All Indian art forms are based on ' Bhava ' ( Idea ) where the theme on a special mood guides the form.Unlike the Western art form it is the subjective idea that gets priority in Indian art.
"KUSUMIKA" , the school of Floral Art, was established in 1967 to rejuvenate the Indian Floral tradition, while adapting it with the modern tastes and requirements.
This school of Floral art has taken up, with confidence. to develop this art to the fullest.
Mrs.Uma Basu , Principal and founder of Kusumika and her students have established their identity in this field in india and abroad.
I am blessed to be her student.
